We survived the End of the World… Let’s drink!

We were stoked yesterday to find Australia still alive, kicking and decidedly NOT on fire since, you know, they’re ahead of us time-wise and would’ve gone first had today been the End of the World as we know it.

So in celebration, we offer up this tasty End of the World libation from our Key West Bar & Grill, with special thanks to the folks at Maxim (also still alive and kicking).

End of the World Cocktail

In a chilled rocks glass, add a splash of Del Maguey San Luis Del Rio mezcal. Swirl to coat glass, and discard excess.

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice, add one part Drambuie and five drops of Bitter End Mexican Mole Bitters. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into the mezcal-rinsed rocks glass.
